Amendments to planning permission dated 24 June 2021 (RN: 21/01866/FULL) for variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 16 September 2020 (RN: 20/03744/FULL) for creation of terrace at rear sixth floor level (facing Warwick Street) and new access doors through existing atrium. NAMELY to change from horizontal black metal balustrade to vertical balustrading. Installation of timber decking at approximately 200mm to sit on top of much of the Site concrete paving slabs. Inputting of a full height timber door on the north side of the Site to restrict public access to the existing CAT ladder. The installation of 1100mm high timber fencing on the north side of the Site to restrict users of the site from being able to sit on the existing plant. The change from a screen on the north west side of the Site to a set of double doors.
