Amendments to planning permission dated 15 October 2021 (RN: 20/04428/FULL) for, 'Demolition of the existing building and redevelopment of the site to provide a new building, comprising of basement, lower ground, ground and nine upper storeys for use as office (Class B1) accommodation, flexible retail (Class A1 and/or Class A3 and/or Class A4) and/or gym (Class D2) uses at part lower ground and ground floor level, public realm improvements, and associated works'; NAMELY, to allow rotating the geometry of the arches along Lansdowne Row; moving of the level 6 and 7 structural columns on the south façade; relocate the entrance doors to the retail units on the north east and north west corners; provision of new fire escape dedicated access and egress door onto Berkeley Street; roof level changes including addition of handrail around the PV podium and roof access corridor and clarification on plant heights above the plant enclosure in particular, the generator flues; changes to the columns and canopies at levels 8 and 9; alterations to shopfront door and the doors on the external terraces and balconies; use of reconstituted stone at Lansdowne Row facade instead of natural Portland stone, and variation of Condition 4 to read, 'The ground floor facades on all frontages, except Lansdowne Row, shall be clad in natural Portland stone' and Condition 5 to read, 'The columns and canopies at 8th and 9th floor level should be built out in accordance with approved drawings refs. 18115_(00)_P108 / P109 / P110 / P201 / P202 / P203 / P204'.
