Amendments to planning permission dated 23 April 2019 (RN: 18/08414/FULL) for the: Demolition behind retained central bay facade and redevelopment to provide a new building comprising basement, lower ground, raised ground and three upper floors to provide an elderly care facility (Use Class C2) communal and welfare/medical areas, cycle storage, landscaping and tree works and associated works. NAMELY, to allow amendments to kitchen ventilation plant on main roof; introduction of a smoke extract fan on the roof to serve the escape stair lobbies on the ground and lower ground floors; and updating of drawings to indicate the Integrated Reception System (IRS) e.g. TV aerial and satellite dish location.
