Amendments to planning permission dated 4th January 2021 (RN: 20/06655/FULL) for the Installation of double glazed windows on the Berkeley Square, Bruton Street and Bruton Place elevations and new windows on the rear facade at levels 6, 7 and 8, extension to the existing core staircase and lift to roof level to facilitate the provision of a new roof terrace, installation of replacement plant at roof level, installation of external lighting, alterations to shopfront, office entrance and signage including replacement of doors, installation of new weatherproof cladding to the rear fire escape stair, repairs and cleaning to the external elevations and provision of cycle and changing facilities at basement level (site includes 22 Berkeley Square). Namely, to amend rear elevation railing to the left of the rear elevation has been raised to accommodate the roof terrace landscaping arrangements. Existing metal framed windows to be replaced with new double glazed units. New metal window and louvre introduced at ground floor level into an existing opening. Berkeley Square elevation Windows in the pavilion at roof level have been reconfigured to align with internal alterations. Shopfront mullions have been rationalised and the left door has been detailed. The window sill line were missing in a previous survey and they have been reintroduced in this elevation as existing. Roof level alterations New fixed planters introduced at roof terrace level. New bench proposed in the terrace.
