Variation of Condition 1 of permission dated 12 May 2020 (RN:19/05805/FULL) for: Demolition of existing buildings at 35 -37 Elizabeth Street and erection of a new five storey building comprising retail (Class A1) at ground floor level and residential (Class C3) at first to fourth floor levels (3 x 2 bed, 1 x 1 bed). Creation of roof terrace with balcony to rear in connection with existing residential accommodation at 39 Elizabeth Street.
