Amendments to planning permission dated 26th July 2019 (RN 19/03428/FULL) for the demolition of existing dwellinghouse and erection of new four storey dwellinghouse (Class C3) comprising a basement floor extending under part of the front and rear gardens, ground and two upper floors, and associated external alterations, including replacement of front boundary wall. NAMELY, Repositioning of the rear chimney, construction of an additional chimney on the opposite side at rear to match (and the associated repositioning of the dormer window at second floor level); Reduction in the size of the rear basement lightwell and the line of the central recess on the rear elevation moved outwards, maintaining a slight step; Changes to the internal layout; Slight enlargement to the central courtyard and the addition of glazing (walk on roof light) to courtyard at second floor level; Slight repositioning of the dining room window at ground floor level on western elevation; replacement of the large study window (now living room window) with two small windows in new positions at ground floor level on western elevation; Replacement of large master dressing room window with two separate windows, one serving the hallway lightwell and the other serving a bathroom (the latter to be obscured) at first floor level on eastern elevation; Large hallway window reduced in size and repositioned to serve master dressing room at first floor level on eastern elevation; Replacement of large bedroom window with two small windows to serve bathroom and wc (window to wc to be obscured glass) at first floor level on western elevation; Additional windows on the inside return of the balcony to rear at first floor level; and split rooflight into two to allow for partition below, and two new rooflights in flat roof (rooflights would not be visible in elevation).
