Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 01 February 2017 (RN: 16/07799/FULL) for 'Alterations including erection of extensions at rear lower ground, ground and first floor levels, creation of roof terrace at rear third floor level, replacement of non-original windows, external repair works and landscaping'.
