Repairs, maintenance and refurbishment of E Block, Macmillan House, Paddington Station to include the stitching of cracks, localised repointing, replacement of failed brick and replacement of cement based render with lime on the building elevations; replacement of failed box gutter and down pipes with black powder coated of the same profile on building elevation; replacement of fibre cement tiles with slate and replacement of galvanised fixed railings with removable black powder coated safety railings on the roof; and the refurbishment and repair of the existing timber doors and sash windows.
