Amendments to planning permission dated 13 September 2019 (19/04205/FULL) (as amended by non-material amendment dated 16 May 2022 (22/02801/NMA)) for 'Alterations and extension to the south wing of the Savoy Hotel, comprising reconstruction of the existing eighth floor hotel rooms behind part retained facade and extended mansard, erection of a single storey roof extension at ninth floor for ancillary food and beverage use, formation of a roof top terrace and screen, installation of new plant and extension to existing plant room at level six roof, and associated works including the reinstatement of existing flagpole'. NAMELY, add condition 17 to allow the approved development to be delivered in separate phases and to amend condition 15 (CoCP) to accord with this phasing programme.
