Amendments to planning permission dated 30th September 2021 (RN:21/05727/FULL) for removal and replacement of the roof slates; Insertion of ventilation grilles; removal and replacement of rooflights; removal of roof hatch and replacement with new leadwork; and inclusion of balustrades. NAMELY, to remove the existing door lantern light and carefully remove four sections of timber door. Installation of four new ventilation grilles on the garage door to the north and to change the ventilation grille into a fanlight. In addition, two dome CCTV cameras are proposed to be fixed to the north and south sides of the front façade.
