Amendments to the description of development to planning permission dated 18th August 2021 (RN: 21/02983/FULL) to read :Variation of Condition 1 (approved plans), Condition 7 (cycle parking), Condition 16 (waste and recycling) and removal of Condition 11 (structures on roof terrace) and Condition 19 (flank wall design detail) of planning permission Ref. 20/07186/FULL dated 15 February 2021 for Demolition of existing building, excavation of new basement floor and erection of building comprising basement, lower ground, ground, and four upper floors, for commercial (Class E) use and residential flats (Class C3) with associated plant, cycle parking and all other works incidental to the proposed development. NAMELY, alterations to approved scheme including reconfiguration of residential flats, altered and extended rear elevation including the provision of 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor terraces. ' and the addition of the following condition No 19 : 'The development hereby permitted shall provide 7 residential flats (Use Class C3) and up to 184 sqm GIA Class E floorspace'.
