Amendments to planning permission dated 11th January 2022 (RN: 21/07738/FULL) for demolition and replacement of existing rear infill extension with a new two storey glazed infill extension to the main house; replacement roof to closet wing extension; trellis to boundary wall to provide screening, replacement openings and new access to rear elevation. Alterations to windows and doors to Hanover Mews (Linked with 21/07739/LBC). Namely, the proposed electric car charger, re-routing the existing boiler flue within the mews house and insertion of air bricks to both the mews house and closet wing of the main house. Externally the proposals will constitute new openings to the elevations of the mews house, allowing for the insertion of a new flue through the brickwork, the replacement of existing bricks with air bricks and an opening to house the external port for the car charger.
