Amendments to the planning permission dated 17th February 2020 (RN:19/04081/FULL ) for the refurbishment, alteration and extension of existing building, including new seventh floor and rear lightwell infill to provide additional office accommodation, change of use of part ground floor to flexible Class A1, A3 and/or D2 and/or B1 floor space and other associated works. Namely, to allow the development to take place in phases and for the conditions to accord with this phasing programme.
