Amendments to planning permission dated 18 May 2010 (RN: 09/08354/FULL) for Application under Section 73 for the variation of Condition G.2 of outline planning permission dated 23 May 2000 (RN: 976953C) to permit an increase in the amount of ancillary office accommodation below the podium deck level (ground floor level) of the new buildings from the approved 10,704m2 to 12,394m2. Namely to increase the amount office floorspace above podium level by 5,275sqm to a total of 140,500sqm and below podium level by 1,606sqm to a total of 14,000sqm.
