Amendments to planning permission dated 7th June 2016 (RN: 16/01825/FULL) for, 'Installation of a rooflight over the central rear light well at first floor level and creation of terrace at first floor level, installation of rear access door at first floor level and creation of roof terrace at roof level including railings all in connection with the use of the building as offices (Class B1)'; Namely, to enable the approved first floor roof terrace to be enlarged, a walk on roof light to be incorporated into the floor of the extended roof terrace, existing black metal railing along the boundary between No.22 and No.23 Gilbert Street at the rear first floor level is proposed to be continued for the length of the terrace and a timber trellis added at the eastern end and existing window is proposed to be replaced with a door to provide access to the extended terrace.
