Installation of mechanical plant at roof level; Namely to demolish and reinstate gabled wall, alteration to fenestration pattern, replacement of staircase to 113 Ebury Street; demolition and reinstatement of chimney stack to No. 113 and demolition and replacement of mansards to Nos. 111 and 113 including dormer windows and valley gutters and installation of a new dry riser inlet.
