Three floors below Kingdom Street delivered in phases to provide an auditorium (Sui Generis), a community space (D1) and a flexible mix of business (B1a/B1b), retail (A1/A3/Sui Generis), sport and leisure (D2) and exhibition (D1) uses within the former 'Crossrail box'.
