Confirmation that planning permission dated 28.04.2020 granted on appeal under reference 18-08105-FULL and Appeal Ref: APP-X5990-W-19-3229842, as subsequently amended by 21/02024/NMA, 22/04233/MOD106 and 22/08573/NMA, for redevelopment of land at 36 St Johns Wood Road to provide residential units with extra care services and facilities, landscaping, car and cycle parking, and the redevelopment of 38-44 Lodge Road for a care home and residential units along with landscaping, car and cycle parking has been lawfully commenced and it is lawful to continue with that development.
