Details of all new work to the outside of the building must match existing original work in terms of the choice of materials, method of construction and finished appearance, detailed drawings of new doors, windows (including vents and opening), mansard, details of samples and specification details of the facing materials you will use, including glazing, and elevations and roof plans annotated to show where the materials are to be located, provide and maintain the set back area between the terrace and the edge of the approved extension at first floor level and detailed drawings (plans and sections) and a sample (at least 300mm square) of a 1.8m high obscure glazed privacy screen to be installed along the outer edge of the terrace at first floor level pursuant to Conditions 3, 4 and 9 of planning permission dated 10 August 2022 (RN:22/01428/FULL)
