Amendments to planning permission dated 26 April 2021 (RN:APP/X5990/W/20/3256674) for demolition of rear single storey basement extension, rear ground floor toilet block and rear external fire escape stairs at ground and first floor levels including those with 22 Grafton Street and erection of new rear two storey extension at basement and ground floor levels. Use of the existing basement and the new extension at basement and ground floor as retail (Class A1). Replacement of front railings and plant installations located under the proposed walk on grille at the rear of the extension; NAMELY, to amend the wording of conditions 4 and 7 to allow commencement of some works that are unaffected by these conditions before discharge.
