Amendments to planning permission dated 8th Septmeber 2006 (RN:05/04298/FULL) for Redevelopment of Nos. 44-48 for office, retail and residential purposes (2 flats) together with alterations to the building at No. 43 and use of the upper floors to residential (10 flats). Namely, to amend the wording of condition 13 to the following 'You must provide at least one parking space for each of the residential flats in the development. The 3 disabled parking spaces must be clearly identified and thereafter retained for the parking of vehicles for people using this development'
