Amendments to planning permission dated 30 October 2020 (RN:20/03222/FULL) for partial demolition and reconstruction of enlarged rear extension with additional storey; formation of terraces at ground, fourth, fifth and sixth floor levels; excavation to extend existing basement level; installation of plant machinery; internal alterations including installation of new grand stair; and associated external alterations in connection with increase in office floorspace (Class B1).
