1 - Yew - Side back to driveway edge to allow access. 2 - Holly - Poor location, fell to allow LGV access on drive 3 - Box - Poor specimen and location, fell 4 - yew - Poor specimen and location, proximity to building fell to 3ft 5 - Yew - Reduce to approx 5m to allow regeneration of a smaller crown, tree to be retained at a more manageable size. 6 - approx 5x fruit trees - Reduce to 3m height to allow regeneration of a lower crown, allow for fruit to be used and prevent weight and weather damage. 7 & 8 - Ash dieback present in both trees, fell. 9 - Yew - Poor location and specimen, impacting on growth of Beech tree, fell 10 - Ash - Preliminary stage Ash dieback in Upper crown, Poor location due to proposed future works on property, fell and replant british native species to replace on site. 11 - Prunus, mixed species - fell front row of Prunus trees and shrubs to 'get back' lawned area. Trees have been heavily reduced previously and now unfit for purpose/location. 12 - mixed species - Reduce rear row of Prunus and Field Maple by 50% to establish boundary mixed hedgeline.
