The Ash tree (T1) is located on the boundary of School Lane and near the right hand side of the rear entrance to the property. The Ash tree has obvious signs of Ash Dieback and would like to dismantle the tree before it is too dangerous to climb. I have attached a sketch to show the location of the tree
