County consult from Warwick District Council for Outline planning application with all matters reserved apart from access for the development of battery manufacturing facility with ancillary battery recycling capability including landscaping, car parking, access and associated works. This is a cross-boundary planning application, meaning that the site is also located within both Local Authority areas and an identical application has been submitted to Coventry City Council under ref. 2021/2268. The proposed development may not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated. (Departure Application).
