Non material amendment to planning permission 18/02663/FUL for the redevelopment of the site to provide up to 11,398sqm (GEA) of new industrial, warehousing and ancillary floor space, the construction of a new road link road and other associated works. The amendments being sought are for alterations to the approved elevations of the buildings, including additional glazing to the front and side elevations, the installation of two roller shutter doors to the rear of Units 3, 4 and 5 and for the removal of the internal wall between Units 3, 4 and 5 to form one single combined unit.
