The proposed Air Source Heat Pumps are required as part of the AD Part L requirements for the development to comply with Building Control. The 7no. ASHP will be located to the rear of the property, enclosed within a 1.8m high close board fence. Access will be provided from the gated side access adjacent to 50 Morelands Avenue but falls within the application boundary. The heat pump will be selected to ensure no noise disturbance will be caused.
