Please provide the Building Regulations Approval reference IN/10/11298 in respect of the 373 new residential dwellings that have been finalised. We note there is a Section 106 Agreement dated 6 July 2023 in relation to the land at Former Sappi Site and would be grateful if you could please provide a copy of this and confirm that there are no financial obligations still owing and confirmation that if there are financial obligations.
