Internal works to include insertion of passenger lift & WC/cloak rooms/reception to lower ground floor; new servery lift; change of use of Mayors Parlour suite to holiday let to include provision of kitchens/bathrooms & creation of opening at upper ground floor; restoration of Burges painted decoration, all to Connaught Hall; erection of partitions within former VIC to facilitate conversion to commercial let; erection of partitions to form WC & widening of 2no internal doors to Council Chamber suite. Repairs to external envelope.
