Variation of Condition 28 (access plan) pursuant to planning permission DM/22/00844/VOC to move compliance trigger from: 'prior to the occupation of any dwelling', to: 'Prior to the occupation of any dwelling on the site the western site access as detailed on drawings "Access Plan 100- SK-002 Rev B", and "Access Plan 100-SK-006 Rev B" shall be completed and be available for use. Thereafter, prior to the occupation of the 300th dwelling the eastern access as detailed on drawings "Access Plan 100- SK-002 Rev B", and "Access Plan 100-SK-006 Rev B" shall be completed and available for use.'
