Details of delivery, servicing and parking management plan pursuant to condition no.14 of planning permission ref.195247VAR dated 05.08.2020 for Minor Material Amendment (S73a) to vary condition 2 (Approved Plans) and condition 17 (Approved Car Parking Spaces) of planning permission ref: 181010FUL dated 26/02/2019 (as amended by 200636NMA dated 19/03/2020) for: 'Erection of two additional floors at roof level and the extension, alteration and conversion of part of the existing plant at sixth floor ground level of Westgate House to provide 51 residential units. The erection of an eight-storey building providing 26 flats on the western part of the site. A total of 77 apartments are proposed. The proposal provides cycle parking space, onsite parking spaces and amenity space'. Variation seeks to amend car parking layout and provision through the reduction of accessible and blue badge parking bays from 7 to 5 and the increase in regular parking bays from 15 to 18, resulting in a net increase in parking bays from 22 to 23 on the 181010FUL red outline site'.
