Minor Material Amendment (S.73) to vary Condition 2 (approved plans) pursuant to planning permission reference 201115HH dated 26/05/2020 for' Part single-storey, part two-storey rear extension (following demolition of existing rear extension); side extension to height of existing garage; conversion of garage into a habitable room including associated external alterations involving the insertion of a window in lieu of the garage door opening; installation of rear terrace; conversion of roof space into habitable room and associated roof alterations including the installation of four roof lights to the side roof slopes and one rooflight to rear roof slope; alterations to the front elevation including the restoration of the inset porch and the removal of the added canopy; alterations to the side fenestration including the installation of an additional side window at first floor level on both the east and west elevations; and alterations to the front forecourt and boundary wall.' Amendments seek to allow changes to the front elevation windows and front door.
