T14 Ash - Completely remove due to damage being caused to property by falling branches. The tree in question does not give any amenity value and is now far too large for the position it is in being only 3 metres from the property and less than 2 mtrs from oil tank. Over the past 18 months we have incurred costs in excess of £2500 for repairs to roof caused by falling branches. Also an annual cost of £500 to clear guttering blocked down pipes which has caused damp issues. We note that a property developer, received permission to remove several ash trees with TPO's on them from our road which were causing no issues to any property, only to profit his company. We are quite willing to plant a replacement tree away from the property if required
