This application is to remove the growth since the works under 16/1185/TRE with reshaping to give the appearance of a yew tree rather than a hedge, in accordance with the request of the tree's owner Nicola and David Meyrick of the Coach House EX12 3HS. This yew tree significantly obscures the view of 1 Eastcroft, EX12 3HS - if this application is successful, please could continuous approval be considered to keep this yew tree at the height approved by 16/1185/TRE to avoid new applications every 3 to 4 years as the yew tree grows again.
