A non-material amendment to 3/18/0432/FUL - Amend the wording of condition 43 (Affordable Housing) to: Prior to first occupation of the development, details of a scheme identifying the 6 affordable housing units to be provided, setting out how they will be managed and retained in their affordable housing use, the nominating tenure (in accordance with the definition of affordable housing in Annex 2 of the National Planning Policy Framework February 2019) and the housing provider, shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Once agreed, the scheme shall be implemented as such. No more than 50% of the market housing to be provided as part of this development shall be occupied until the 6 affordable housing units have been completed and are made available for occupation in accordance with the agreed scheme.
