Non-Material Amendment to formalise amendments to reserved matters consents: NE/21/00440/REM - former East Northamptonshire area - ENC and NC/21/00219/REM - former Corby Borough area - CBC for KP4 Green and Grey Infrastructure, to include minor modifications to the drainage connections and private driveways serving Parcel 19 to facilitate the emerging residential parcel design. There are also other minor alterations made following feedback received during the S38 and S104 approval processes and design development.
