The proposal is to extend and reconfigure an existing playground (there will be zero net gain in hard surfacing), and provide a new fence enclosure as indicated on the attached drawings. A new open-sided canopy and external store is proposed of a total area of approx 70m2, with ridge heights and proximity to the school boundary as indicated in the attached drawings. This proposal is incidental to the ongoing use of the school.
