Non Material Amendment - DC/19/2753/RG3 - Construction of tidal flood walls in Lowestoft Outer Harbour, to provide a 1 in 200 (0.5%) AEP standard of protection against direct tidal flooding to residential and commercial areas of Lowestoft. - 1 Hamilton Road - Kwikfit entrance re-alignment of demountable barriers within pavement zone. - To accommodate Anglian water brick sewer. 2 Hamilton Road - SPR entrance - realignment of demountable barriers within pavement zone. To accommodate UKPN substation constructed closer to the pavement that previously advised. 3 Hamilton road - setback of groundwater cut off (underground) To accommodate vibration limits near UKPN assets - not defined when planning application was made. 4 Waveney Road - from port entrance to Waveney Chambers bus stop Ground water cut off set back into ABP estate to accommodate UKPN HV cables and Anglian water pumping main. Removes the need to divert these services which would require a prolonged closure of the A47 at this location.
