The wall that borders neighbour at No 15 would be entirely brick, away from property would be part brick and part glazed with remaining side the same with patio doors. This would function as a dining room/kitchen extension as solid roof- either flat or tiled (TBD), removal of existing door/window currently in place between kitchen/conservatory/porch. Planning for tiled roof with funds/timeline permitting.
