(ii)The clay pantiles for reroofing of the outbuilding including verge details. (iii)Details of the close boarded fence and gate to the rear garden boundary. (iv) Large scale joinery details of the door frame between the Hall and the Living room and of any salvaged doors to be installed, if not previously stripped out of the building. (v) Large scale joinery details of new windows and external doors, showing, sections through frames, casements/leafs cill, transom, glazing, glazing bars and ironmongery etc. (vi) Rebuilding work to the chimney stack including type and method of flashing, colour, size and texture of bricks and mortar mix joints finish.
