The designed will reflect the historic land settlement holding dwellings being a relatively modest 150 m² dwelling and 1.5 storeys high. The siting of the dwelling in the building line of the other dwellings along the road respects the road frontage and the resulting gap between properties will respect the spatial layout of the road.
