Consultation on application for the proposed variation is for alternative temporary access to the site for the delivery/retrieval of plant during mobilisation/demobilisation. The alternative temporary access to the site is required as contingency in the event that the permanent slipway that was originally intended to be used is not available during the July - October construction windows in either, or both, of 2021 or 2022.
