Reason: Tree has been pollarded in the past and heavily reduced on one side, reduction will balance tree and bring more light and space into garden and neighbouring properties. Limb to be removed as causing damage to roof of outside structure. The application to include the removal of the limb is REFUSED, as the removal of this large limb would leave too large a wound and adversely affect the trees long term health. As agreed and accepted by email exchange with tree owner 23 October 2021. The following tree works are agreed to as qualified consent. T1 Oak - Reduce and reshape by up to 3m and crown thin by the removal of rubbing / crossing branches and deadwood.
