The erection of a steel modular building (12.095m x 5.890m) to provide welfare facilities for agricultural workers (horse stud grooms) and volunteers in order to meet our obligations as an employer under the Health & Safety at Work Act (1974), Section 2. The building will provide male/female toilets and handbasins, showers, rest areas, and an open plan kitchen/lounge. The building replaces an old static mobile home, previously used for the same purpose (now removed), and will stand on an existing concrete base (36' x 12'), and make use of existing services (electricity, water, waste disposal). The site of the building sits in a natural dip, is fenced-off from public view, and is adjacent to an existing barn complex.
