Approximate size of the extension is 8.17 meters x 5.8 meters. The extension will have a Hip style roof to ensure minimum impact on light reduction to the neighbouring properties, the height of the extension does not exceed the current height of the main property. In addition to this work, the current porch will also be renovated, to include new roof, windows, door and fully insulate it.
