Variation of Condition Nos. 4 and 6 of DC/17/3160/VOC - Variation of Condition no. 2 of DC/16/4488/FUL - Replacement of the existing facade with new horizontal insulated metal cladding on steel framing, to form a parapet to conceal the existing canopy roof. Removal of five bays of existing brick infill from the front elevation to be replaced with glazed shop fronts. Retention of existing entrance to serve B1 and creation of new entrance for Unit B2. Further glazing at the gable elevations to replace brickwork - Varying condition 4 to remove reference to Class A1 and replace it with Class E and varying condition 6 to allow all class E uses to occupy the unit
