Door to be fixed shut. Internally build new studwork panel up to underside of glazing. Door and frame to be painted white. Opening to be blocked up in studwork. Door and frame to secondary staircase (ground floor) to be upgraded to 30 minutes fire resistance. Appearance to remain as existing. Modern partition between hall and kitchen to be removed. Existing post to remain. Kitchen rear external door frame to replaced with matching frame. External door to be replaced with door to match utility external door, but with glazing in bottom panel as well. Door and frame to be painted white. New 30 minutes fire resistant frame, glazed door and glazed screen in hall. Studwork partition above frame. Carry out minor upgrade to outbuilding (no change of use) - shed paint colour & external kitchen door
