Non Material Amendment of DC/20/0553/FUL - Extension to create proposed study, enlarged entrance hall with new staircase to first floor level, (existing staircase to be removed), together with conversion of existing garage to form new bedroom - Current approved plan is for cladding to be installed above the ground floor window and the new front entrance. I am seeking permission to continue the cladding between the areas above ground floor window and new front entrance to make a seamless front section of cladding.
