The property (Kingfisher Cottage) has been let and occupied as a residential dwelling and let on a number of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements (ASTA's) for a period of 84 months prior to the current application for a Lawful Development Certificate. A Lawful Development Certificate is sought to retain the use of Kingfisher Cottage as a dwellinghouse in accordance with Class C3 (a) of the Use Classes Order.
