Discharge of Condition Nos. 4, 6 and 7 of DC/21/0889/LBC - Listed Building Consent - Conversion of Grade II Listed Barn to Residential Dwelling - Any existing doors and/or shutters proposed to fixed open, shall be fully operational, and details, including section through Jamb and relationship to glazed element behind, Prior to commencement on site, a schedule of repairs fully crossed referenced with an annotated frame survey and - Large scale manufacturers details/ joinery details of all new/ replacement windows and external doors/door frames/ fixed lights and garage doors including material, section and finish/colour and ironmongery - Large scale drawing of the external timber louvers, including material and finish colour - All new internal doors and windows, including material, finish & ironmongery. - Any new external boarding including material, size, profile, finish and colour - Construction of support to the existing first floor mezzanine floor and any new associated elements including stairs/floor/walls /railings/balustrades, including materials and finish. - Any proposed external soil and vent pipes /waste pipes, flues, ventilation terminals including, location, material and finish - Any new fences and gates, including material and finish and ironmongery (as applicable). - Any new and/or replacement brick walls, including, wall section, piers, brick type, bond, capping, mortar mix and joint finish (as applicable). - Construction of any replacement floors including depth of excavation, materials, sections and relationship to current levels, if altered and finish. - Rooflights, including materials, finish colour, and sections showing how the rooflight is to be accommodated within the roof structure (N.B the cutting and trimming of existing historic roof timbers will not be accepted).
